Overview

This individual would be responsible for all aspects of HR for a rapidly expanding company. You would serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership, ensuring HR policies are effectively implemented and aligned with business goals.

Pay Rate: $28/hour-$35/hour based on experience

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Essential functions

  • Identify staffing and skill needs, create hiring timelines, consult on compensation budgets, and oversee performance review systems.
  • Post job openings, source, screen and set up interviews for hiring managers within the organization. Handle onboarding for all offered candidates.
  • Drive employee engagement overseeing training initiatives that keep the company competitive within the industry and aid in the professional growth of our employees.
  • Maintain employment records using both a physical filing system as well as our HRMS. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as employee handbooks, and company policies.
  • Recommend new approaches, build systems, policies and procedures allowing for continuous improvements in efficiency of the departments, while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Help resolve employee conflicts.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits.
  • Answer questions around the benefits enrollment process.
  • Complete annual benefit audits for 401k, workers comp and ACA reporting.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a human resources role
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus!
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus!
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field is a plus!
